I’m British and I like polka-dots. After completing BA and MA degrees from Cambridge University (UK), I worked as a writer in London before moving to San Francisco in 2000. I obtained my MS in Counseling at SF State University and have been a CA-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2010. In addition to my private practice, I am a couples specialist at an HMO, where I teach classes on relationship skills, focusing on Gottman Method, Attachment Theory, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
